Placements

The Placement Workbench allows you to easily create placement records with pre-filled information from job details, ensuring accurate tracking of necessary details for candidates who are placed permanently or contractors currently or previously on assignment. For active contract placements, the system offers the option to create "versions" to update future changes in assignment information, such as pay rate, bill rate, timesheet approver, and invoice contact. This functionality enhances record accuracy and simplifies the management of contract placements.
