This data is confidential, viewable and editable only by the candidate, and reviewed in aggregate form to protect individual anonymity. It does not influence candidate evaluation or job search outcomes. Instead, it helps identify potential disparities in the hiring process and will soon support diversity metric reporting, enabling informed decisions to enhance diversity and inclusion in your recruiting efforts.
